注意事項
ツアー開始時に以下の内容の参加同意書にご記入いただきます。
☐ 妊娠中のお客様、また飲酒されている方はツアーに参加できません。
I understand that I CANNOT join the tour if I am pregnant or had alcohols.
☐ 悪天候・災害、参加者の体調等により、ツアーのコース変更・中止をする場合があることを理解しています。
I understand that the tour course may be changed or canceled due to bad weather, disasters, physical condition of participants, etc.
☐ ツアー中はガイドの指示に従い、安全が最優先であることに同意します。
I follow any guide's instructions during the tour and agree that safety is paramount.
☐ 私は、主催団体の選択する医療機関への移送・治療・緊急の処置に同意し、私に要した治療費を負担致します。
I agree to be transported to a medical facility of the facility's choice for treatment and emergency care, and I will bear the cost of any medical expenses incurred by me.
☐ 私は、万が一、身体的傷害、損傷が生じた場合の補償、主催団体及び他の参加者に対して責任を問わず、自己の責任において処理致します。
I understand that compensation in case of injury in the unlikely is covered by organizer’s insurance coverage.
I will handle it at my own risk, calless of the responsibility of the organizer and other participants.
☐ 私は、私の参加するツアーが自然を利用して行なわれるものであり、自然による危険性、ツアー中の予測困難な事由が起こり得る場合もあること、
また、参加中に自分又は他人の行為により身体上の損害、危険を受ける場合もあることを十分に理解･認識した上で同意し、参加致します。
I understand of the tours I participate is in nature, the dangers of nature and the unpredictable reasons during the tour is.
“And in some cases, the actions of oneself or others may cause physical damage or danger during participation.
After fully understanding and recognizing, I agree and participate.”
