Had a great time on the half day Phantom Island and Snorkelling trip. Staff was responsive the messages and the free hotel shuttle pick-up was punctual. Despite having only four people on the boat they still honored the bookings and went ahead with the trip. We didn't speak Japanese but the staff were extremely polite and took the time to introduce us to the directions using translator as well as the sites as we passed them. We didn't purchase the drone photography package but would highly recommend it for families or couples. The boat was also larger than competitors we noticed and made for a smoother and more specious trip. Snorkeling was great and warm covers were provided as the temperature was quite cold after. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.
